Brief: Build a brand from nothing. No client brief, no budget, no restrictions.Just a vision.

Challenge: Creating something that feels complete and intentional without external structure. Every decision: art, apparel, accessories, collaborations has to be made from concept through to execution by the same person.

Approach: SWSHI is the project where everything comes together. Full creative ownership across every discipline: graphic design, apparel, art direction, 3D, collaborations. The Playmobil project came through SWSHI. The sneaker came through SWSHI. It’s the foundation everything else is built on.

Result: A growing body of work that includes international collaborations, press coverage and a recognisable visual identity — built entirely independently, piece by piece.
